Counselling For Domestic Abuse / Violence
Domestic Abuse (also known as domestic violence) can involve physical, emotional and/or sexual abuse.
According to national statistics, 1 in 3 women and 1 in 4 men have experienced some form of physical violence by a close partner. This includes a range of behaviors including, slapping, shoving, pushing – and in some cases might not be considered "domestic violence." 1 in 7 women and 1 in 25 men have been injured by an intimate partner.
If you are in or have come out of a relationship involving domestic abuse then I am offering a safe confidential place for you. I will stay with you throughout your process dealing with your thoughts and feelings. I will listen and give you time and space to go through all your emotions, trauma and help you recognise what you have been experiencing.
I will hear you and hold you every step of the way dealing with your thoughts and feelings so you can start to move forward once more.
